Genius Mechanic स्वतंत्र मैकेनिकों और सेवा प्रदाताओं के माध्यम से वाहन मरम्मत, सर्विसिंग, पंचर रिपेयर, बैटरी सेवा, टोइंग सेवा, आपातकालीन रोडसाइड सहायता तथा अन्य संबंधित सेवाएँ प्रदान करता है।

3. उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारियाँ

• बुकिंग करते समय सही जानकारी प्रदान करना आवश्यक है।
• सेवा स्थान (लोकेशन) सही दर्ज करना आवश्यक है।
• सेवा के दौरान मैकेनिक के साथ सहयोग करना आवश्यक है।
• प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का दुरुपयोग करने पर आपका खाता निलंबित या बंद किया जा सकता है।

4. बुकिंग एवं भुगतान

• भुगतान ऑनलाइन माध्यमों या उपलब्ध होने पर नकद किया जा सकता है।
• रिफंड हमारी रिफंड नीति के अनुसार दिया जाएगा।

5. मैकेनिक की उपलब्धता

• सेवा की उपलब्धता आपके क्षेत्र और मैकेनिक की उपलब्धता पर निर्भर करती है।
• सभी क्षेत्रों में तुरंत सेवा उपलब्ध होने की गारंटी नहीं दी जाती।

6. बुकिंग रद्द करने की नीति

• मैकेनिक भेजे जाने से पहले उपयोगकर्ता बुकिंग रद्द कर सकता है।
• मैकेनिक नियुक्त होने के बाद बुकिंग रद्द करने पर रद्दीकरण शुल्क लागू हो सकता है।

7. उत्तरदायित्व की सीमा

• Genius Mechanic केवल ग्राहकों और मैकेनिकों को जोड़ने वाला एक प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है।
• किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान, व्यापारिक हानि या अनियंत्रित परिस्थितियों के कारण हुई देरी के लिए Genius Mechanic जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

8. बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार

वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध सभी लोगो, ट्रेडमार्क, चित्र, सामग्री एवं सॉफ्टवेयर Genius Mechanic की संपत्ति हैं। बिना अनुमति इनके उपयोग या प्रतिलिपि बनाना प्रतिबंधित है।
